Enrico Romano Is CEO And Founder Of Synergy 3D Inc. Enrico Started His Journey At Darby Dental In 2003 As A Sales Representative Where He Discovered His Passion For Dental. Throughout The Years He Has Been Able To Gain Experience In All Facets Of The Business. Early In His Career He Sold Materials To Laboratories, Then Final Products To Practitioners, And Eventually Becoming The Vice-President Of A 17 Office DSO Where He Managed A Team Of 148 Employees. In 2015 Enrico Founded His First Laboratory In South Florida. Embracing Automation And Digital Technology He Subsequently Opened Another Laboratory In Hudson Valley NY, And In 2020 Acquired A Milling Center Out Of Denver Colorado. With Mass Manufacturing Capabilities Enrico Has Created Multiple Joint Venture Opportunities With Other Laboratories. In 2018 He Entered Into An Equity Based Joint Venture With A Clear Aligner Company And Was Able To Scale The Facility To Meet Customer Demands Which Exceeded 300% Of The Current Output, All While Reducing Overheads By 17%. As CEO Of Synergy, Enrico Has Strengthened The Core Business Through His Vision Regarding Automation, Digital Dentistry, And Superior Craftmanship.
