In 2015 Enrico Founded His First Laboratory In South Florida. Embracing Automation And Digital Technology He Subsequently Opened Another Laboratory In Hudson Valley NY, And In 2020 Acquired A Milling Center Out Of Denver Colorado. With Mass Manufacturing Capabilities Enrico Has Created Multiple Joint Venture Opportunities With Other Laboratories. In 2018 He Entered Into An Equity Based Joint Venture With A Clear Aligner Company And Was Able To Scale The Facility To Meet Customer Demands Which Exceeded 300% Of The Current Output, All While Reducing Overheads By 17%. As CEO Of Synergy, Enrico Has Strengthened The Core Business Through His Vision Regarding Automation, Digital Dentistry, And Superior Craftmanship. She Rapidly Moved Up To Learning Bite Blocks, Custom Trays, Finishing Dentures, Crown And Bridge Restoratives And Eventually Moved Into Learning The Ins And Outs Of The Office.
